Operation Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist Portfolio and Maintenance Manager for the Preventive Maintenance cluster
  • To update client database for preventive contracts
  • To update Preventive calendars and check sub-contracts annual contracts for clients
  • To schedule / plan monthly check and intervention and inform client accordingly
  • To attend customer complaints and inform the team accordingly
  • To coordinate servicing and repairs of equipment’s with different suppliers
  • To follow up purchase of materials and delivery of product on time
  • Input monthly checklist reports as per monthly check attended
  • To check with maintenance team on work completed on eve
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain files, records and do filling so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Filling checklist and all documents in respective files on a weekly basis
  • Report tables will need to be updated monthly to compile monthly reports
  • Transcript comments from intervention sheet for maintenance contracts and send to each respective client.

Working Hours:

  • Weekdays: 8.00 hr - 17.00hr

Skills and Competences:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Good English and French written and communication skills
  • Good Team player
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to details

Qualifications and Experience

  • SC/ HSC holder
  • Minimum 1-year experience as operation assistant
  • Secretarial course will be a definite advantage
  • Experience in call center will be a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting is desired
  • Residing in Plaine Wilhems or Black River region

Salary range:

Rs 10,000 - Rs 15,000
