As polyvalent office Assistant, you’ll be responsible for the general administrative support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office by undertaking any duties and tasks appropriate to the role:

  • In charge of the office and oversee daily operations
  • Reception of any visits
  • Assisted the directors
  • Coordinating company events & activities including lunches, teambuilding, events, celebrations, and after work parties
  • Preparation of job advert and posting on job portal
  • Support in recruitment of new employees
  • Draft contract of employment
  • Administrative support to staff
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Respond to employee issues and question in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Legal Counsel and company secretary
  • Organized the travel and accommodation arrangements for the Directors and employees
  • Assist in procurement tasks
  • Maintain supplier relationships
  • Organize office maintenance activities
  • Petty cash management
  • Invoicing
  • Overseeing the payroll function to ensure it is complete, accurate and timely.
