Receptionist/Telephonist (to be posted at the Head Office)

Main Duties:

  • Receives, directs and relays telephone messages and emails
  • Picks up and deliver the mail
  • Responds to public inquiries
  • Answers all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Re-directs calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Develops and maintains a current and accurate filing system
  • Manages booking of board rooms

Candidate's Profile:

  • Holder of Minimum School Certificate
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and dynamic
  • Confident, well presented and positive personality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fully computer literate
