  • Assist in the daily running of the department
  • Collect receivables from debtors and prepare bank deposits;
  • Update, verify and maintain accounting and other financial records;
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations by investigating and fixing all discrepancies;
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Prepare VAT returns prior to submitting to MRA;
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable process, prepare and issue monthly reports for decision-making;
  • Assist in year-end reports and reconciliation;
  • Generate purchase orders;
  • Provide relevant financial information to vendors and suppliers.
  • Follow up of Administrative tasks
  • Follow up of Vehicles
  • Imports/Exports

Salary range:

Rs 10,000 - Rs 15,000
